We offer Telehealth call services outside standard practice hours. Telehealth appointments are available to all patients provided at least one face-to-face service has occurred in the 12 months preceding the telehealth attendance; or the medical practitioner is located at a medical practice where the patient has had at least one face-to-face service arranged by that practice in the 12 months preceding the telehealth attendance (including services performed by another medical practitioner located at the practice, or a service performed by another health professional located at the practice, such as a practice nurse or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health worker.

If the doctor is running late for your Telehealth appointment, they may need to call you at the end of the day. We will do our best to accommodate if your scheduled time is inflexible.

Contact the clinic if the practice has not called within 5 to 10 minutes of your Telehealth appointment time.
