Please Note: We also accept same-day bookings for non-medicare card holders and privately insured patients (e.g. students and overseas visitors visiting australia in addition to work visas)Â
How To Book?
Booking a same-day doctor appointment with us is straightforward. For both weekday and Saturday appointments, please call (07) 3521 4333 or use our simple online booking system. Alternatively, to book directly from your phone, you can download the free AMS Connect App.
Please Note: There are limited afternoon appointments available on Sunday afternoon and our reception will not be staffed during this time. Therefore, you can pre-book your appointment on any of our working days (Monday to Saturday) by calling reception. Alternatively, you can use our online booking link or the AMS connect app for on the day bookings on Sunday. Bookings are essential for all Sunday appointments.
Opening Hours
We're open 7 days a week with late-night availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weekend appointments are also available to all patients.

We are proud to be able to frequently offer same-day bookings to ensure you receive timely care when you need it most (subject to availability). In addition to general health assessments and our extensive range of services, our medical practice offers convenient amenities including free parking, an on-site pathology for quick test results, and a pharmacy within the same precinct for fast access to prescriptions.Â

Same-Day Telehealth
For added convenience, we also offer same-day telehealth appointments. This service allows you to consult with our healthcare professionals from the comfort of your home. To book your on-the-day telehealth appointment, please call our friendly reception team on (07) 3521 4333 or check our availability through our online booking portal.
If you are not a regular patient of the clinic (i.e you have not visited the clinic at least once in person in the last 12 months, you will not be eligible for a medicare rebate for all telehealth appointments - private fees apply)

Bookings are available from as early as 7AM on weekdays and Saturday. We are also open Sunday afternoon and late evening on Tuesday and Thursday until 8:30PM.Â
