Dr Madhu Lakshmaiah graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College in Kolar, India in 2002, He moved to the United Kingdom in 2004 for post graduate studies.

In 2008, Dr Madhu Lakshmaiah achieved membership of the Royal College of General Practitioner’s (UK), he attained a fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2016.
