Whether you're preparing for international travel, protecting against seasonal flu, or staying up to date with routine immunisations, we offer convenient access to vaccines that help keep you and your family safe. Below is a summary of the key vaccines available at our centre.
COVID-19 Vaccines
Stay protected against COVID-19 with our available vaccines, designed to reduce the severity of the virus and its complications. We offer the latest vaccines as per government guidelines, and our team will ensure you receive timely doses to maintain immunity.
Shingles Vaccines
Shingles is a painful condition caused by the reactivation of the chickenpox virus. We offer the Shingrex vaccine free to eligible individuals, helping to prevent this condition and its associated complications. Our team will guide you through whether the vaccine is right for you.
Influenza (Flu) Vaccines
The flu can be more than just a seasonal nuisance. It can lead to serious complications, especially for vulnerable groups. We offer annual flu vaccinations to help reduce the risk of flu outbreaks and protect individuals from severe illness during flu season.
Travel Vaccines
Planning to travel overseas? Some destinations require specific vaccinations to protect against diseases not common in Australia. For example, typhoid, hepatitis and yellow fever. We'll ensure you're fully immunised for your trip based on your travel destination and itinerary.
Importance of Vaccinations
Vaccinations are one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of serious infectious diseases. They help your immune system recognise and fight harmful viruses and bacteria. Not only do vaccines protect individuals, but they also contribute to community immunity, ensuring vulnerable people like the elderly or those with weakened immune systems are less likely to contract preventable illnesses.
