Dear valued patients,
This is an important announcement to inform you that Dr Madhu will be taking annual leave from 14th to 26th April to visit family.
While in-person appointments will not be available during this period, repeat prescriptions and GP referrals can still be requested online and authorised remotely. In addition, should you have any questions please do not hesitate to call us on (07) 3521 4333 during normal practice hours.

Please note that a small administration fee is charged for each request which varies based on urgency and delivery method. You can review a list of our full fees list on our fees page.
All applicable fees are specified upon request submission and the fee is payable upon submission. If your request is declined by the doctor, an automatic refund is issued within several business days.
Processing times for repeat prescription requests may take several business days. If you have an request, we will do our utmost to expedite this, subject to availability. Mail delivery may take several business days, and for quicker access, we advise patients to collect prescriptions directly from the clinic if applicable.

For non-urgent matters, you can book an appointment online for the next available time. However, for urgent medical issues, please contact:

Bookings are available from as early as 7AM on weekdays and Saturday. We are also open Sunday afternoon and late evening on Tuesday and Thursday until 8:30PM.Â
